DHCD "House Doctor Program"

Architectural Services including programming, scope assessment and cost estimates for repairs, modernizations and renovations on a wide range of publicly bid projects ranging from simple repairs, ADA upgrades and conversions to component replacements to addition/renovations. Next Phase Studios currently has completed 12 House Doctor projects for DHCD serving different municipalities and Housing Authorities, all executed through MGL.Chapter149.
