CHA Jefferson Park Apartments

This project for the Cambridge Housing Authority consists of mechanical, water saving, envelope and roofing improvements to eight federally-assisted multi-family masonry buildings housing 175 Units. Design services include an existing conditions study and solar readiness analysis followed by schematic design and construction documents phases with the goal of improving energy efficiency and maximizing roof design for PV panel installation. The design team provided analysis for the appropration and integration of renewable energy sources. The project includes close collaboration with CHA and building residents to perform renovations on this continually occupied building.
