Green Street Office

Complete deep energy retrofit of an abandoned, blighted urban building into 4 units of rehabbed, small artisan commercial space, reactivating the streetscape. All materials used for the actual fit-out (walls, flooring, ceiling, trim) were recycled and reused products. The project utilizes low energy and passive systems for heating, cooling, hot water, and vetilation, all within a daylit space.
